• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in (Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID).
• Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests are requested to maintain silence after 10:00 PM to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
• Smoking is not allowed inside rooms. Guests may use designated smoking areas if available.
• Pets are not allowed inside the property.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room.
• Visitors may be allowed in the lobby area only and must follow hotel policies.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Illegal activities, drugs, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed inside the hotel premises.
• Hotel management reserves the right to refuse accommodation if policies are violated.
Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of check-in, cancellation charges may apply.
• No refund will be provided for no-show bookings (guest does not arrive on check-in date).
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the payment method used during booking.
• LomaRoomz and the hotel reserve the right to modify cancellation policies when necessary.
