1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing loma.co.in or making a booking through our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Nature of the Platform

LomaRoomz is a direct hotel booking platform. We facilitate reservations between guests and independent hotel properties. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or party to the contract between you and the hotel. The hotel is solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and delivery of accommodation services.

3. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number (starting with LR).
• You must provide accurate personal information. Bookings made with false information may be cancelled by the hotel.
• You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The name on the ID must match the booking.
• Booking confirmation is subject to actual room availability. In the rare event of overbooking, we will notify you and assist in finding an alternative.
• For group bookings (more than 10 rooms), please contact us directly.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of room charges. Applicable GST/taxes are shown separately in the price breakdown.
• Payment is made directly at the hotel at check-in unless otherwise specified. LomaRoomz does not currently process online payments or collect advance deposits.
• Prices are dynamic and may change until your booking is confirmed. The price at the time of booking confirmation is final.
• LomaRoomz charges no booking fee to guests. Hotels pay a platform subscription fee which is not passed on to guests.

5. Cancellations & No-shows

Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and are clearly shown at the time of booking. Please read our full Cancellation Policy for details. LomaRoomz is not liable for any cancellation charges imposed by the hotel.

6. Hotel Responsibilities

Hotels listed on our platform are responsible for the accuracy of their property descriptions, photographs, amenity lists, pricing, and availability. LomaRoomz makes reasonable efforts to verify listings but does not guarantee the accuracy of hotel-supplied content. Any disputes relating to the quality of stay, facilities, or hotel staff conduct must be resolved directly with the hotel.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LomaRoomz shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our platform.
• Acts or omissions of hotels or third-party service providers.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from platform downtime or errors.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total booking amount paid by you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including the LomaRoomz name, logo, design, code, text, and images — is the property of LomaRoomz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Make false or fraudulent bookings.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform.
• Attempt to circumvent security features or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Post false reviews or manipulate hotel ratings.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

10. Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
