Making a Booking
Search for your destination, choose your check-in and check-out dates, select the number of guests, and click Search. Browse available hotels, click View to see room types, choose a room and rate plan, fill in your guest details, and confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
No. LomaRoomz is a direct booking platform — you pay the full amount at the hotel during check-in. No credit card or advance payment is required when booking online.
You can book up to 10 rooms of the same type in a single booking. For larger group requirements, please contact us directly.
Yes, same-day bookings are accepted as long as rooms are available and it is before the hotel's check-in cutoff time. Availability is shown in real time.
Yes. A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address immediately after your booking is completed. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Managing Your Booking
Visit the My Bookings page (https://loma.co.in/my-bookings.php) and enter the email address, mobile number, or booking reference you used when booking. You can also click the link in your confirmation email.
Modifications depend on the hotel's availability and policy. Please contact our support team or the hotel directly with your booking reference. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Go to My Bookings, enter your email address or mobile number, and you'll see all your bookings. You can also call our support number and we'll resend the confirmation.
Yes. Enter your contact details for the confirmation email, but add the actual guest's name in the Primary Guest field. The hotel will register whoever checks in with a valid ID.
Cancellations & Refunds
Contact our support team by phone or email with your booking reference. Alternatively, email the hotel directly. Cancellation is subject to the rate plan's cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
A Free Cancellation (refundable) rate allows you to cancel before the hotel's stated deadline — usually 24 to 48 hours before check-in — without any penalty. The deadline is shown on the booking page.
A Non-Refundable rate is typically cheaper but cannot be cancelled once booked. If you cancel, the full booking amount will still be charged at the hotel. Always check the rate type before confirming.
Because payment is made directly at the hotel, there is no online refund to process for most bookings. If you have a prepaid rate or paid a deposit, refunds are handled directly by the hotel per their policy.
No-show policies vary by hotel and rate plan. For non-refundable rates, the hotel may charge the first night or the full amount. For free-cancellation rates, no charge applies if cancelled before the deadline.
Check-in & Check-out
Carry a valid government-issued photo ID: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID. The name on the ID must match the guest name on your booking.
Each hotel sets its own times, which are shown on the hotel's detail page and in your confirmation email. Standard check-in is usually between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are decided by the hotel at the time of arrival. You can add it as a Special Request during booking, but it cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Pricing & Payments
The price shown per night is the base room rate. Taxes (GST) are shown separately in the price breakdown on the booking page, so you always know the full cost before confirming.
Hotel rates are dynamic and can change based on demand and availability. The rate is only confirmed at the time you complete the booking. If the price has changed, simply go back and select the current available rate.
Yes. On the booking page, expand the "GST Invoice Details" section and enter your company name, GSTIN, and registered address. The hotel will issue a GST invoice at check-in.
No. LomaRoomz charges guests zero booking fees. The price you see is what you pay at the hotel. Hotels pay a small platform fee, which is never passed on to guests.
Technical & Account
No account is needed. Simply enter your guest details during checkout. Your bookings are tracked by your email address and can be retrieved any time from the My Bookings page.
LomaRoomz complies with India's DPDP Act 2023. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and only used to process your booking and provide support. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
